These general terms and conditions will make it clear to you what your legal situation is when using our Services. We can decide at any time to unilaterally amend our General Terms and Conditions, without this giving ground for any form of compensation. Except for special conditions which are stated on the front of the digital invoice or the digital order form / received order confirmation by e-mail upon confirming the online order by the customer, only and to the exclusion of any other, the conditions below apply.
Production and delivery of the goods
Most of the goods offered online are not in stock and are specifically produced at the request of the customer. This means that these are not immediately available for shipment and the customer must consider a common but non-binding delivery period of three weeks.
The delivery and / or execution times are only provided as indicative information and are therefore not binding unless expressly agreed in writing between the parties. Delays in delivery can never result in a discount, fine, compensation or termination of the agreement.
The seller makes all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods within the period stated in the agreement. The buyer acknowledges that the stipulated term is indicative. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a delay in the delivery of the goods cannot give grounds to terminate the agreement nor result in any compensation.
Complaints regarding conformity or visible defects concerning the delivered goods must be made immediately after receipt of the goods by e-mail notification at "4info.all4all@gmail.com", but no later than 5 working days after receipt.
The buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the agreement because the goods are custom-made and cannot be resold, in the event of cancellation of the agreement pending delivery of the goods, the buyer is liable for a fixed compensation totaling up to 50% of the total value of the order, with a minimum of € 500, subject to the possibility for the seller to claim higher compensation. If the agreement is canceled by the seller and the buyer has already paid the full amount, the seller will refund the total amount to the buyer, so that the latter does not make a loss here. The seller cannot be held liable for any consequential damage if the goods are not received by the buyer.
Expenses related to unpaid bills as well as all other collection costs are not included in this lump sum compensation and are charged separately to the buyer.
In the event of late collection, refusal to purchase or after 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the seller may charge a delivery / storage cost to be determined per additional day of late collection / receipt.
In the event of non-payment or dispute by the buyer of sums paid / to be paid, the seller reserves the right to discontinue further deliveries, performances and services.
The seller can only be held liable for manifestly serious errors, intentional errors and gross negligence. The seller can in no way be held liable to compensate indirect damage, economic damage or loss of profit that are the result of an infringement he has made against an obligation based on the agreement or these general terms and conditions. The seller's liability will at all times be limited to the sum of the delivered goods as stated in the initial agreement.
The risk of loss or damage transfers at the time of delivery of the goods to the customer, unless different delivery conditions are explicitly agreed upon by both parties.
Payment
The agreement is concluded upon full payment of the amount due, this can either be by bank transfer or possibly via other payment options which are available at that time on the seller's website. The production of the goods starts at the earliest when full payment is received.
Warranty
The seller delivers to the customer products that are in accordance with the agreement. The provisions regarding the statutory warranty obligation apply. The customer thus benefits from the legal warranty on all our products. This warranty only covers a lack of conformity that already existed at the time of delivery of the goods. During this period, the seller undertakes to replace or repair the defective good (or part thereof) free of charge. The seller reserves the right to exchange the good if the repair costs are disproportionate or if a repair is impossible. Defects that manifest themselves after a period of 6 months after delivery are not deemed to be present at the time of delivery, unless the customer proves otherwise. The legal guarantee never applies to defects arising as a result of accidents, use of the goods contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, deterioration of the condition due to negligence, fall damage, non-compliance with the instructions for use or manual adjustments or modifications to the device, heavy-handed use, incorrect assembly, poor maintenance, abnormal or incorrect use.

Divisibility clause
If one of the clauses in these terms and conditions is declared null and void in application of a law, regulation or amended decision issued by a competent court, it will be considered unwritten; the other clauses, however, remain binding and valid.
Privacy
The seller declares to use customer data only to send communications and / or to enable proper handling of the agreement. The customer data is kept in the seller's customer list and treated as strictly confidential information. The customer has the right to request insight in stored details, correct, change or request the seller to stop using this information at any time.
